Evolution...

In 1975 the West Midlands including Birmingham and the Black Country was a very different landscape to what it has become today.

Much of our area's industrial heritage as the 'workshop of the world' remained. The world of the Drop Forger, Foundry and Press Shop was still very much in existence with a high percentage of the business we serviced being based around manufacturing or heavy industry.

As the years have moved on there has been an evolution of business and although the predomination of heavy industry and manufacturing has shifted, there has been massive development within the service and distribution sectors. In addition, huge swathes of traditional property, both commercial and residential, have been redeveloped to make way for modern industrial units, trading estates and housing.

Throughout these years STEWART MILLER INSURANCE has continued to develop and adapt to the changing face of our world and whilst doing so we have kept at heart the original ideals of providing excellent service and expertise in the arrangement of corporate and personal insurance. We recognise that the pressures of our modern world make it essential that our busy clients have an experienced, friendly and reliable insurance broker who listens and understands their requirements and can respond in providing products and advice to ensure that clients interests are protected.
